Scrum Master (H/F) / part-time OPEN

We are looking for a Scrum Master to work with one of our clients based in Paris.
Missions :
- Responsible for the scrum artefacts, facilitating planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives.
- Helping the team to stay focused, to maintain their scrum tools (story/action board, backlogs) and DoD
- Developing and nurturing group dynamics, fostering the self-organization and the 3 organization pillars
- Serving as a mirror to the team, reflecting agile values, reminding commitments, helping to improve
- Provide support to the product owner, helping to write US and split them up-front
- Update himself to teach and mentor team organization
- Responsible for helping the team to maintain the big picture

- Chairman of scrum rituals
- Current team roles assignment
- Updated DoD and team processes
- Community of practices
- Burndowns
- Team maturity assessment and next steps plan
- Release plannin
Success criteria :
- US delivered as expected (team commitment)
- High and stable velocity
- Good team moral
- Growing team maturity
Technical skilss :
- Mastery of agile practices
- Pedagogy on best practices
- Ability to lead workshops on complex subjects
